Add Table Of Contents
If you decide now or later you want a Table Of Contents for the page, in edit mode on your new page add or copy and paste the following;
(:toggle div=htoc lshow='Show Contents' lhide='Hide Contents':)
(:htoc Table of Contents:)
to where you want the TOC to start in your document (usually at the top of the page)
(:toggle div=htoc lshow='Show Contents' lhide='Hide Contents':) - Enables readers to show or hide TOC
(:htoc Table of Contents:) - Places the TOC
