An Add-in for Outlook 2007 cannot be loaded and has been disabled.

After loading a security program this message will sometimes appear. How can this error message The Add-in "Spam Blocker for MS Outlook" (C:\PROGRA~1\SPAMBL~1\Bin\480~1.0\SBOLExt.dll) cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If no update is available, please uninstall the Add-in. be repaired?

The Fix

The most straight forward way to manage Outlook Add-ins is through the Add-in management screen, which has been relocated in the latest version of Outlook. It can now be found in Tools >> Trust Center >> Add-ins. In this particular situation the "Spam Blocker for MS Outlook" is not being loaded by Outlook. To remedy this problem I disabled this Add-in by selecting "Exchange client extensions" from the "manage" drop down box, located at the bottom of the Add-in screen. I then clicked go and unchecked "Spam Blocker for MS Outlook". Hit OK, then restart Outlook and the error should go away.
